Do I need to sign up for Ultimate Loyalty?
No. All customers are automatically enrolled — there’s nothing to activate.
What counts as spend?
Spend is the net amount you pay for orders after returns. Bids and canceled orders do not count.
How do I earn Ultimate Points?
On the first of each month, we compare your trailing 12‑month spend to that of the prior month. For every dollar of increased spend, you’ll earn 1 Ultimate Point.
What if I don’t grow this month?
You won’t earn new points, but any existing points stay banked toward your next reward.
What happens if I hit multiple tiers in one month? Will I get two coupons or just the highest one?
You only receive one coupon per month—the highest tier you qualify for.
Is there a cap on how many Ultimate Points I can bank?
No cap—your unredeemed Ultimate Points always bank and carry over until converted.
Do points expire?
No—your Ultimate Points never expire. They bank until converted into a cash back coupon the next qualifying month. Once your coupon is issued, be sure to redeem it within that month before it expires.
How are reward coupons delivered?
Every month on the 1st, we’ll send your earned reward coupon straight to your inbox—one reward per month. Enjoy!
How do I redeem my coupon?
After we email your coupon, copy the one-time-use code from the message and paste it into the “Promotional Code” field on UltimateTextile.com at checkout. The full coupon value will apply to your order. Coupons must be redeemed online by month-end.
Can I use my cash-back coupon to place a free order?
No—your order must exceed the value of your cash-back coupon in order to apply it. For example, if you have a $30 coupon, your cart subtotal must be at least $30.01 before the coupon will deduct from your total.
