Tier status is based on Ultimate Points earned over time and is reviewed monthly using trailing 12-month activity.

Do I need to sign up for Ultimate Loyalty?

No. Recognition is already in place for all Ultimate Textile customers.

What counts as spend?

Spend is the net amount you pay for orders after returns. Bids and canceled orders do not count.

How do I earn Ultimate Points?

On the first of each month, we compare your trailing 12‑month spend to that of the prior month. For every dollar of increased spend, you’ll earn 1 Ultimate Point.

What if I don’t grow this month?

Nothing changes. Recognition already earned remains in place and carries forward.

What happens if I hit multiple tiers in one month? Will I get two coupons or just the highest one?

You only receive one coupon per month—the highest tier you qualify for.

Is there a cap on how many Ultimate Points I can bank?

No cap—your unredeemed Ultimate Points always bank and carry over until converted.

Do points expire?

No. Ultimate Points accumulate over time and never reset. Monthly recognition credits are valid for the month they’re sent.

How are reward coupons delivered?

When recognition is issued, it’s delivered automatically by email on the 1st.

How do I redeem my coupon?

When a credit is issued, apply it at checkout using the provided code. Credits apply to qualifying orders during the month issued.

Can I use my cash-back coupon to place a free order?

No—your order must exceed the value of your cash-back coupon in order to apply it. For example, if you have a $30 coupon, your cart subtotal must be at least $30.01 before the coupon will deduct from your total.
