How Recognition & Partnership Credits Work
Your credit rate depends on how much your spend grew this month. Three tiers. One applies per month — whichever you qualify for.
- Diamond: 4,000 Ultimate Points
- Gold: 2,000 Ultimate Points
- Silver: 1,000 Ultimate Points
- On the 1st of each month, we review trailing 12-month spend and compare it to last month's total.
- For every dollar of increased spend, you are issued 1 Ultimate Point.
- Partnership credits are delivered by email when applicable.

Do I need to sign up for Ultimate Loyalty?
No. Every Ultimate Textile customer is automatically enrolled. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to activate.
What counts as spend?
Spend is the net amount you pay for orders after returns. Bids and canceled orders do not count.
How are Ultimate Points issued?
On the 1st of each month, we compare your trailing 12-month spend to last month's trailing 12-month spend. Each dollar of growth earns 1 Ultimate Point.
What if I don’t grow this month?
No growth means no credit issued that month. Your tier may adjust. Your accumulated Ultimate Points stay on the account — they never expire.
What happens if I hit multiple tiers in one month?
One credit per month. We apply the highest tier your point total qualifies for.
Is there a cap on how many Ultimate Points I can hold?
No cap. Points carry over every month until they're applied toward a credit.
Do points expire?
Ultimate Points do not expire. Partnership credits are valid during the month they're issued — they do not carry forward.
How are partnership credits delivered?
By email, automatically on the 1st of each month.
How do I redeem my credit?
Each credit arrives with a code. Apply it at checkout. Credits are valid for the month issued only.
Can I use my partnership credit to place a free order?
No. Your order subtotal must exceed the credit value before it applies. A $30 credit requires a subtotal of at least $30.01.
