  3. Partnership credits are delivered by email when applicable.

Do I need to sign up for Ultimate Loyalty?

No. Recognition and partnership credits are already in place for Ultimate Textile customers.

What counts as spend?

Spend is the net amount you pay for orders after returns. Bids and canceled orders do not count.

How are Ultimate Points issued?

On the first of each month, we compare your trailing 12‑month spend to that of the prior month. For every dollar of increased spend, you’ll earn 1 Ultimate Point.

What if I don’t grow this month?

Recognition may adjust monthly, but Ultimate Points never expire.

What happens if I hit multiple tiers in one month?

You only receive one partnership credit per month—the highest tier you qualify for.

Is there a cap on how many Ultimate Points I can hold?

No cap—your unredeemed Ultimate Points always carry over until converted.

Do points expire?

No. Ultimate Points accumulate over time and never expire. Monthly partnership credits are valid for the month they’re sent.

How are partnership credits delivered?

By email, automatically by email on the 1st of each month.

How do I redeem my credit?

When a credit is issued, apply it at checkout using the provided code. Credits apply to orders during the month issued.

Can I use my partnership credit to place a free order?

No—your order must exceed the value of your partnership credit in order to apply it. For example, if you have a $30 credit, your cart subtotal must be at least $30.01 before the credit will deduct from your total.

How do I check my current Ultimate Point balance?
